Dear Mr. Rohit Sharma, it was a pleasure meeting you on a winter day in your showroom at Greater Kailash Part 2 last year to see the display of Tostem Products. I was promptly attended by you and your team inspite of other customers present in the showroom. I wanted to get glass doors for my balcony area and you have explained various designs. Also within 48 hours your Team member came home and took the measurements.
After a detailed discussion I got a well prepared quotation to place the order. I was explained further that the products are imported from Japan and at the factory in Manesar it gets assembled and checked thoroughly for the quality, their unique finish etc.
As promised you made the timely delivery and installed the doors on the next day. I liked and appreciated the professional way of attending to each and every aspect of the deal and happy to use the doors. They are very smooth in operations. We are in the process of renovating our house and someone suggested  checking out the range of Tostem doors and windows  at Vivacite studio in Gk 2.
I was astounded to see the wide range of premium doors and windows and was particularly impressed by the smooth and soundless operation. I saw a door of eight feet height for the first time and it's smooth movement came as a surprise
The staff was very cooperative and explained every product in detail and seemed very technically competent.
They showed no sign of impatience with my numerous questions .The price range is also reasonable and value for money
